EP0: Introducing The "Chris" Avatar

from Mental Magic · host Christina Fennell

In an effort to find a beginning point, this episode is the backstory (from my perspective) of who I have been, who I believe I Am, and a peek into who I Am becoming. To know where we're going, we must first remember where we've been. This is a space where we can come together, hear stories about how we've survived life up to this point; how we're thriving in our experiences; how we're healing our past trauma and clearing our limiting beliefs; and ultimately how we're learning to manifest internal realities that we actually want to live into.  Please be mindful that we talk about anxiety, depression, suicide ideation and suicide attempts in this episode. If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal ideation please reach out for help through the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or The Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386.
