Ep007: The Decade We Got Addicted to Our Phone + Highlights from 2019

Welcome back to the Find Me in Seattle Podcast, episode 007. This is the first podcast of the year and I have been obsessed with everyone's observations over the course of the decade. In my opinion, I think the 2010's will be remember as the decade we got addicted to our phones. It will be the time in human history where we quickly transformed to having these tiny computers on us 24/7 and paying attention more to them than to the people around us. The second half of the show highlights my favorite moments and meals of 2019, my goals for 2020 and I announce my Meal of the Year (also listed below). I also share a the story of crashing my drone on New Year's Eve and missing the countdown to the new year.  My best moment of 2019  include: - Partnership with Getaround and the Evergrey which took me on a 2 day adventure followed by a videographer to Leavenworth, Washington to meet some influential people of the tiny Bavarian community.  - Seafeast by White Swan Public House - Snowpocalypse 2019 - That time I proposed a $5000/month contract and was immediately denied - Chipping my tooth and having Dr Choi from Cornerstone Dental fix it - Carving a Pumpkin - Visiting Kennedy Space Station -Starting this podcast My meal of the year goes to the tasting menu at Wataru, a small sushi restaurant in the Ravenna neighborhood.  My Dick's Waffle Burger gets an honorable mention in meal of the year.
