Welcome to the first episode of The Sacred Shifts Podcast, with me, your host, Betty. In this solo episode, I take you on a little adventure into my world. I share my heart and some of the Sacred Shifts that I've personally experienced, from career changes to life-altering grief, and everything else in between.
