【閩台古厝】南靖“雙美樓” 璞山村是福建漳州南靖縣梅林鎮下轄行政村，村中居民分為王、簡兩族，王氏始祖于1351年由漳浦縣橫口遷入居住，簡氏始祖于1953年從龍岩市永定縣遷入居住，繁衍至今已有600多年。村中土樓林立，建築風格各有千秋。“雙美樓”，這座有著兩百多年歷史的方形土樓是雲水謠少有的大院落，清澈的溪水從院前潺潺而過。院內花香草綠，原汁原味的閩南庭院，融合園林式自然景觀，清新，靈秀，古樸，典雅。
