What is it about creating such a build up of emotion and expectation in your head that when the moment arrives and it’s not what you expect, you just have this automatic low? Or that time you tell your friends about this amazing place to visit beforehand and it absolutely bombs... you just feel like absolute shit. Maybe the key is to have very little expectation, enjoy the moment and be present.
