What a day it has been. We ran into a major problem with a certain tax deed sale and drained our bank account, and needed cash, and we needed it FAST.  Today we're going to talk about how to raise money in a pinch, and what the biggest factor in getting money from investors is. We'll also discuss the paperwork and contract needed to make everything legal and safe!
