Born in Soweto, raised in the East Rand, and now residing in the North, Frikkie's geographical journey mirrors the diverse experiences that have shaped him into the person he is today. Frikkie's passion for music and people has been a driving force behind his career. His curiosity to hear people's stories and see life from their perspective led him into music spaces and the entertainment industry. He co-founded Code Red Entertainment, where he organized memorable events, including The Wits All Res Picnic After Party, featuring artists like Mac G and Waxxy. After parting ways with his Code Red partner, Frikkie co-founded RockBoiz Ent, which later evolved into RB Agency, making significant contributions to the social life in Midrand. Hosting events at Moloko PTA, such as Pandemonium Thursdays, provided a platform for big artist after-parties and helped him discover his talent for artist management, including artists like 2LeeStark. Frikkie's journey led him to work with various talents and brands, including collaborations with major labels like UMG and Sony. His experience culminated in the formation of BSR, a label that collaborated with international properties and artists, showcasing his ability to navigate the music industry successfully.
