EP094- Dermot Carey chats vegetable growing, veg for all year round, great varieties and much more.

In this weeks episode of Master My Garden podcast I talk to expert vegetable grower Dermot Carey. Dermot is a vegetable growing consultant who works with many restaurants and country houses in delivering year round farm to plate vegetable gardens. Some of the restaurants he works with include The Green Barn which is part of Burtown House and Gardens https://burtownhouse.ie/green-barn-restaurant The walled garden and field production area of Burton houses provides the restaurant with vegetables 12 months of the year with Dermot's help. Dermot also grows his own vegetables for sale on his farm in Athy Co Kildare Ballincarey Farm and he sells them through select stores and an online retailerIt's a great chat with Dermot with lots of tips to help people in their own gardens.
