EP096 – Channel Partners Europe – Leadership Keynote with Ian Luckett

The Channel Partners Europe was a two-day event that happened on the 14th and 15th of June 2022. As the tech channel is at a turning point now where it's already embracing a post-pandemic world, this event by the Channel Partners Events, showcased innovation, drove digital transformation, and provided all the channel insights and education an IT & MSP owner needs all under one roof. It was a great event where more than 500 MSPs, resellers, and vendors networked and discussed business best practices, pivotal issues, and market opportunities. It was also jam-packed with presentations and speeches from 50+ channel leaders and experts in the IT & MSP space.  In summary, the golden keys to building great teams are:  Shared Company Vision, Mission, and Values Business Wide KPIs and Connected Team Targets Team Self-Awareness – Knowing Each Other Individual Appraisals, Target Setting, and Accountability Measured Employee Engagement Correct Reward and Recognition           I discussed and explained them one by one, the critical key points they come with, and why they are the golden keys to unlocking the potential and performance of your people without spending a penny.  I also briefly talked about why leadership is important for an MSP owner to grow and scale their business confidently, the Shadow of the Leader, and how a DISC profile can help you be a great and confident MSP business leader. Wrapping up my keynote presentation, I shared a cheat sheet of this keynote where attendees and listeners can get a hold of the golden keys that I discussed in this keynote presentation.
