Both women have spent years seeking self-awareness in 12-step recovery and have experienced a depth of despair which propelled them into the light, mainly because their lives depended upon it. They've dug deep and have become comfortable in emotional intimacy within themselves and with others and feel safe to investigate things many of us think but don't know how to say, or don't want to say. With these ladies, nothing is off the table. Ginny and Amanda both have a genuine desire to share their experience with you, and to heal alongside you. The goal is to help you evolve into a better version of yourself, where you feel safe to enter the world comfortable in your emotions, which organically leads to authentic connection.  "Light 'Em Up" dissects the moment you look someone in the eye and they look away.
