EP10: What does not kill you makes you stronger, feat. TOM KROJZL

What do you do when you check in on your Facebook group and you see a video of a person asking for help? A bright, talented young man, who is fighting his childhood demons and traumatic experiences and does it bravely and courageous, but every once in a while he wakes up in the morning wishing that he was dead.  His name is Tom Krojzl and when he ends up in that dark place, nothing seems to make sense anymore. Tom was reaching out to, more or less, total strangers, people from all over the world, colleagues from an online course, and started sharing his story. To publish a video like that, to open up and share your deepest fears and struggles is a very courageous act and I did not hesitate to answer his call and invite him to be a guest on my podcast, to help him spread his message or maybe just lend Tom my ear. That's the least I could do and it has been an absolute privilege to be having this conversation. What a strong young man!! Tom does not accept getting beat down and to fall into self-pity! He chooses to get up again every time and developed an "Ironwill", a way for himself to deal with all his baggage. There are so many people in the world struggling with overcoming traumatic experiences and are suffering from depression, anxiety and many more conditions.  It is Tom's destiny to help and guide others in need to find their way through the tunnel.
