Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” T’was the night before closing and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even that crap you were supposed to remove from the house before tomorrow’s closing! Today, we are talking to all of the sellers out there and which items in your home that are appropriate to leave for your new buyer and which items absolutely must go before closing day!
