EP106 - Holistic Healing with Rev. Emma Molina-Ynequez

from FEAR LESS Society · host Shawna Baca

There are more ways to wellness than exclusively through the practices of Western Medicine. Today, we have a special guest, Rev. Emma Molina-Ynequez, who has worked with so many people including women in recovery, sobriety, or dealing with trauma.  She has helped thousands of people overcome their maladies through the art of spiritual techniques. She is a holistic health practitioner, a Medicine Woman, a light worker, a reverend and the epitome of the 'ma' energy we need when we are done and in need of care.  I worked with Emma for years.  She was my spiritual guide and holistic health counselor.  She walked me through a spiritual part of my trauma and helped me release it from my body.  She is referenced in my book FEAR LESS.   As I always state, there are many ways to practice self-care and many tools out there that are not as conventional or traditional as we may know it.  We have these conversations to open discussions to share ways and roads we have paved that lead us to wellness.    If you are interested in learning more about Emma and Body n' Soul, follow her on Instagram:  @emmamolinaynequez

Join us and have a listen! Wounded Warriors of the Cross Gary Pastoral and clergy mental health is a mostly ignored area, especially by those who live their lives as pastors in the clergy. The stigma of mental health within those who serve in the shadow of the cross is something that invokes the stigma of fear. Many of those in the clergy will choose to suffer in their despair rather than reaching out for help. Sometimes those suffering choose to wait until it's too late to get the real help that they need. At Wounded Warriors of the Cross our mission is to lift the stigma and the veil of silence that encompasses clergy mental health and assist those who suffer in silence. Wounded Warriors of the Cross is here to shed the light of Christ's love into those dark places.
