EP107 - Steven Car - Badwater 135 and Spartathlon Finisher

I had an awesome conversation with husband, father, engineer, and all-around good dude, Steven Carr.  Steven started running to regain his health when a busy life caused him to neglect it.  Since then, he’s run Boston, and quite a few 100 mile and above races including the Badwater 135 (placing 5th male and 7th overall) and the Spartathlon 246K in Greece!  The crazy thing is that he does it on relatively low mileage training!   Show notes:  http://www.theriot.run/stevencarr
