美國新聞網CNN曾經以「行人地獄」來形容台灣，不只是台灣交通事故死傷人數連年攀升，其中外籍來台人士因交通導致的死傷，也是不斷上升。但與我們相近的日本，去年（2022年）交通事故死亡數創下歷年最低共2610人，去年1月至11月交通事故造成344名行人死亡，事故死亡地點在路口的有166人，根據統計，去年全年駕駛汽車行經行人穿越道時，不暫停讓行人先行通過的舉發件數有3萬591件；未禮讓攜帶白手杖或導盲犬遭舉發的有4件；轉彎時不暫停讓行人優先通行（禁止行人穿越路段除外）舉發件數有1萬9765件，可見每個人走在路上的事故發生率相當高。一同來聽聽開車不禮讓行人的法律責任。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
