Ep112. The Beliefs You Hold and The Stories You Tell Yourself Create Your Circumstances. Choose Wisely.

from The Inner Wealth Podcast · host Mike Kitko

Send me a some feedback! If you looked deeper into the major differences between the wealthy and the poor, it's less about knowledge and talent, and more about the beliefs they hold about money and the stories running through their minds. The same can be said about the healthy and unhealthy, the successful and unsuccessful, and the happily married and serial divorcees. The beliefs we hold and the stories we tell ourselves determine the quality of our life and circumstances. You can change your beliefs and stories if you want. There's always a belief and story available to you that will create a higher quality of life. It's up to you if you want choose to believe higher to achieve higher. The difference between truth and a belief can be found in the absoluteness of the concept. Gravity is truth. It applies to all humans. Beliefs are not truths if there is even one exception to the rule. If there's one person who believes making money is easy and does so, then the concept that making money is hard is a belief/story, not a truth. The beliefs you hold and the stories you tell yourself can be changed at anytime. If someone offers you a higher level belief/story which creates higher level circumstances and you choose not to adopt it, then you are fighting for your current circumstances. Same beliefs = same circumstances. New beliefs = new circumstances. Going through life clinging to your beliefs and stories will keep you stuck. When you are open to a higher way of believing and thinking, you open up pathways to greater levels of everything in your life. Music Credit: "What's Left of Me" by Wes Hoffman & FriendsLinks and Resources:Click here to visit our website to access free tools and resources, our Meditation Bundle, upcoming events, and our coaching service offerings. My Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mikekitkoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/mike_kitkoTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikekitkoSubscribe to my YouTube: / @mikekitkoMike Kitko is an executive self-mastery coach, speaker and author.
