交通部公布111年1至10月道路交通事故共30萬4026件，造成2560人死亡、40萬3878人受傷，與2021年同期相比，增加1萬5750件（增5.5％）、增加149人死亡（增6.2％）、增加21萬15人受傷（增5.5％）。而交通事故的防制實有賴交通教育、交通工程及交通執法三者共同協力，才能有效的降低件數。當然，我們要遵守交通規則並且要有防禦性駕駛的觀念，但有時他人的疏忽或不小心造成我們的傷害，肇事者除了要負刑事責任外，也要負起民事賠償的責任，然而，除了肇事者之外，是否其他人也要連帶負損害賠償，是本次我們要來探討的主題。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
