EP114: Is low cortisol causing your fatigue and weight gain?

Have you been experiencing any of the following… * Dizziness * Weight gain * Low blood pressure * Allergies * Poor recovery from workouts * Salt cravings * Depression or anxiety * Exercise intolerance * Sleep issues * Poor memory or brain fog * Low energy/fatigue * Low libido * Pain and inflammation * Frequent illness If so, you could be suffering from Low Cortisol. Cortisol is a naturally-occurring steroid hormone that helps regulate body processes such as your metabolism and your immune response. Having a proper cortisol level is essential for weight and stress management and for your overall good health. When your brain is not telling your adrenals (technically, your brain and HPA-Axis) to produce enough cortisol to support your body systems, you start to experience some of these symptoms.
