Ep12 Quick Gratitude Morning Breathwork

How you start your day is how you live you day and how you live your day is how you live your life.  What is Breathwork? Breathwork consists of many various breathing techniques that incorporate intentional use of the breath to regulate how one breathes. You can learn to regulate the flow of the breath to balance the body and mind and by doing so you can change the state of your being. Today we will be using the halo active breath pattern for a short 3 minutes. Halo Active is inhale through the nose and exhale out of the mouth, continuous movements, at your own pace, finding your own rythm.   Starting your day with a grounding practice to connect deeper with yourself and set an intention can be incredibly powerful to shift your life. We often think transformation happens when there is a big event, but the truth is, transformation happens after many small daily micro actions compounded over time that leads to transformation. Everything starts with you, the relationship you have with yourself sets the foundation for everything else outside of you. & the deeper you can go with yourself, the deeper you can go with everything outside of you. Tune into this short gratitude morning breathwork you can do every morning to shift your life.  Truth is, the first time I tried breathwork I didn't like it at all. It was really uncomfortable. I kept going/trying it because I was desparate to feel better... I slowly started to see benefits, but it was slow and small.
