Rocco and Moonlight Mike are back in-studio alongside Rocco's good buddy and Ex, now his "pristine" Publicist, Ashley Hovde, and the musical talents of the "One Man House Band", "Frog in Whiskey", aka Ben Namnoum. Moonlight Mike checks in with Rocco about Red Nose Day, and also all the "Clowning" he's been doing. Rocco discusses his new training regiment with Moonlight Mike and Ashley and informs them on "Plyometrics", and how intense his new trainer is.
