Ep125 - Remy ESP

In this episode, Channa Channa Channa talks to Remy Fan, the vocalist/songwriter of Singapore/Bangkok based thrash metal band ESP. Channa discovered Remy and ESP via Facebook.  Channa is also a frequent viewer of 'In Conversation with ESP' which is an internet talk show hosted by Remy. Remy grew up in a typical Asian family in Singapore. When he was sixteen, he started playing guitar to impress girls but later on discovered Blues. In the 90s he discovered heavy music through bands like Nirvana, Green Day and Megadeth introduced him to the world of Thrash Metal and the rest was history.   He played in many bands with his friends.  Remy also promoted and organized metal gigs. Remy writes Chinese love songs, Children’s songs, and Thrash Metal.
