If you didn't know, Greg is the Vice President of Business Development EMEA at Kaseya/Datto and he starts off with a short introduction on who he is and who he helps.  We then get straight into the main part of the show, where we cover the three things you and your MSP need to know about what has been going on in the IT channel recently.   We discussed the Market, Sales & Marketing, and some tips on helping you grow your MSP.  This episode I ask Greg about some of the controversies in the world right now and how the MSP's working environment has been affected after the pandemic.
