In this episode of the IT Experts Podcast, I'm excited to bring you a Marketing mini-series in three episodes!  Sales and marketing are massive subjects where people don't know where to start. Is it on apprentice, agency, online course or training?   In this first episode of the mini-series, we are going to talk about Process.    This covers sales funnels, TOF / MOF / BOF, and data tracking CRM or marketing CRM which I hope you really consider in your process.   I also talk about the journey of education and the opportunity in learning, how you build trust, what is it in TOF, how MOF works, and is BOF for me.
