EP13: Spiritual Gifts for Pastors | Pastor Jeff and Brian Bonn

Pastor Jeff emphasizes the importance of understanding and embracing one's unique spiritual gifts as a pastor, rather than trying to emulate others. Each pastor is designed differently and should focus on their calling to serve, whether as an evangelist, teacher, or in other roles, while remaining obedient to the Holy Spirit's guidance. He challenges the notion of conformity within church leadership and encourages individuals to be the fullest version of themselves as they fulfill their mission for Christ. The ultimate goal is to faithfully spread the Gospel, empower the church community, and impact the world positively through the teachings of Jesus.
