 Get your pen and paper, you're going to want to take notes on this one.   Justin Fraser is a man of experience when it comes to being an asset manager and has withstood the test of all kinds. From strategy to executing the plan all the way to a happy tenant, Justin shares his “ask me how I know” experiences.   It's not just looking at numbers, an Asset manager needs to want to invest, and be ok with going above and beyond.  Whether a class A, B or C, all tenants deserve a 5-star experience.
