本集Podcast錄製時，美國重要盟友英國大選剛落幕、法國正在舉行國會改選，而美國竟然在討論是不是要把拜登換掉！？上月底拜川第一次辯論後，民主黨集體恐慌，過了一週，「換人」聲浪仍未減弱，但是民主黨的解方竟然是－－熄燈讓總統可以早點就寢？真的！民主黨發出聲明，決定要做出的改變就是：每天要讓拜登早點睡。由於英國、法國身為美國主要盟友，是否換登以及美國選情高度攸關兩國情勢與發展，因此雖然我們是美國台灣觀測站，這集我們將會花一點時間討論一下英國的政壇變化、台英關係的發展，以及英國特派員的實地觀察。台美新聞部分，我們會討論司法權對於台美國內政治的影響。目前台灣司法院大法官的任期即將屆滿，如果不能如期任命新任大法官，恐怕將造成憲政疑慮。另一方面，美國最高法院也出現一系列的震撼判決包括：前總統川普的免責權、切斷聯邦機構權力的Chevron判例、收賄有新定義： Snyder v.
