EP138 QuickCuts
from Scarif Scuttlebutt Podcast Hosted by Scarif Podcast
This QuickCuts show has it all, and we're glad you're listening. We have two topics that caused a stir on the socials last week. We asked how do you feel about colorizing old movies or otherwise altering them? You gave us an earful. But remember that Mr Lucas did JUST that with HIS films, so it can't be all that bad, right? Well, we got thoughts. Join the first half of the show as Chanty and Ro talk with SithCareBear Josh about altering films. Plus, we get some very candid information about just how those darn theater floors stay sticky. We're also catching up on some listener voicemail. We have Charles from the ConverSWations Podcast weigh in on last week's episode abour "Weaposn of Mass Destruction" and Nic from Back Yard Tardis puts down his thoughts about swearing in Star Wars. Watch your mouth and sit down for this one. We aint done yet. We have a special preview of NICKFLIX. What's that? You'll have to listen in. And our final topic, we sit down with Andrew Hutchins from Backseat Directors Podcast and settle a score about some back and forth our followers were having about John Williams v Hans Zimmer, but not just that, we ask the question why do we assign certain hero themes to specific characters and WHEN will fans allow for new themes to attach themselves to our favorite superheroes. This episode is chock full o fun. Thanks for listening. And as always, we are a proud founding member of the Red5Network and that's the scuttlebutt!
