EP139 Space 1999
from Scarif Scuttlebutt Podcast Hosted by Scarif Podcast
A longer time ago in a very near galaxy... the moon shot out of Earth's orbit and the rest is television history! Join us as we discuss the 1976 science fiction series Space1999. Some herald it as one of the most influential science fiction shows on television, until that second season. Our Patreon supporter Melanie joins us on this deep dive along with our new friend Danielle. We talk about some of our favorite stories, characters and the show in general. Plus, we dive into season two and what went so terribly wrong. This week we also have another preview of our friend Nick's new podcast NickFlix. Stick around and listen to another EXCLUSIVE preview right here. Thanks for listening and helping to create buzz for this on Twitter with your comments and memories on the show. We are a proud founding member of the Red5Network, and that's the scuttlebutt!
