Today’s episode for me, was quite a monumental little event in itself. Recorded LIVE in front of a 100 strong audience at the Melbourne EA Group’s Admin Professionals day it’s fair to say I felt like Ellen Degeneres 2.0 on that stage.  With an incredibly worthy-of-the-stage guest Dr Amy Silver, (doctor of clinical psychology) Amy complete her doctorate on fear in chronic fatigue patients and has just release her book The Loudest Guest.  So down I lay on the metaphorical couch and put her to work around what she does best. We talk about our fear voices, where do they come from, what's their purpose and how can we build a relationship with them that better serves us when they start to speak up.
