EP159 Well, That F*cked Me Up | Kyle Wise & Luke Colson

from Roll With The Punches · host Tiffanee Cook

It's funny how so many of us have some seriously crap stuff to deal with when we're way too young to process it, hey...  (and no, not funny 'haha' either)  Through having conversations like the one you're about to listen to it's amazing the leaps and bounds we can take towards healing and growth...  It's amazing how speaking to someone and realising you're not alone can feel like it changes everything, just like that. Kyle & Luke are a couple of somewhat hilarious and super fun dudes, who happen to be best mates.  They share very different but in some ways similar experiences with their own versions of adversity.    In this episode Kyle and Luke courageously open the door on an honest, emotional and raw conversation around their respective experiences with childhood trauma.  Whilst maintaining a jovial, light and often hilarious tone throughout the episode please note that we do discuss sexual trauma and death so listener discretion is advised. The nature of these conversations as always is to shine a light on hope, healing, love, connection and perspective. These legends really couldn't have gotten a higher mark from me for their efforts there.   Enjoy.
