Ep16 - The Texarkana Phantom Killer Part 1

from True Crime All The Time Unsolved

The Texarkana Phantom killer is an unidentified serial killer who terrorized the Texarkana area back in 1946. In some cases he targeted couples parked at a lover's lane much like the Zodiac would do over 20 years later. The killer wore a burlap sack over his face with slits cut out for the eyes and mouth. This must have been a terrifying experience for those few that lived to tell about what they had witnessed. Join Mike and Gibby as they talk about the facts of the case. In this part 1 all of the Texarkana murders will be covered in detail. Look for part 2 next Sunday where all of the rumors and suspects will be discussed.
