You may have heard of the saying, not one size shoe fits all. It is a saying because it is the truth. We as humans come in all shapes and sizes and we don not fit all. The same goes for the way we learn or even the way we get care. What works for you may not work for me so why do we get treated as such? How do we know we are getting the right stuff for us?
