Today’s guest is former AFL Footballer Lance Picioane.  Having worn jerseys for Adelaide, Hawthorn, and North Melbourne throughout his days as a professional athlete Lance was somewhat unknowingly battling his own demons around mental health and anxiety which lead him down the slippery slope into substance abuse and suicidality…   These days however, Lance puts his passion into embracing fatherhood and making an impact with his not for profit foundation Love Me Love You, which launched in 2013. An organisation providing support, resources and education for those dealing with substance abuse and mental health challenges.
