Ep169 The Confidence Continuum

In this Episode Tah dives into a common challenge for people... CONFIDENCE. "I want to build my confidence" is an intention that comes up for people a LOT. The Confidence Continuum is an amazing tool that we teach all of our coaches that has been an absolute game changer because of its simplicity. It removes the deficit space from confidence. It challenges "I don't have enough confidence" or the "I need more confidence" that most people have been trained to operate from. it shows that confidence is based upon three six main confidence spaces: Confident that you: Can Will Do or Can't Won't Don't Once a person sees where they are on the continuum, they can make an active strategy to shift it that is cohesive and attainable.
