Ep17 - Chris Palmore: Finding Gratitude After Loss

from HIListically Speaking with Hilary Russo · host Hilary Russo

If moments of gratitude make up a symphony, then Chris Palmore is the conductor. But finding the light can be difficult after loss. And it certainly didn't happen overnight. In 2015, Chris' mom Laura lost her battle with breast cancer. A few months prior, he was writing her a letter of gratitude. That love note and tremendous loss paved the way for a new way of being. Soon after, this coach and creator of GratitudeSpace not only opened a new door, but his heart; creating a revolutionary movement to change our world and encourage radical acts of gratitude. His first book, "Dear Gratitude: An Anthology," releases Thanksgiving. And most recently, he launched a non-profit that supports Gratitude PopUps booths with a goal of collecting 10,000 gratitude moments. Talk about bumping your party experience up a notch! His podcast GratitudeSpace Radio is a weekly dose of inspiration and I'm grateful to be part of his lineup. In fact, if you click below and listen to that conversation, I have a special gift of gratitude for those who tune in.
