EP17: Pat Barber - The authentic language of coaching

In today's episode, we welcome Patrick Barber to the Art of Performance Podcast. Pat is one of the CrossFit OG's & has been involved in the sport in some capacity for over 18 years. Starting out as a college athlete & throwing his all into every workout, to making his way up through the coaching staff, affiliate owner & seminar staff in more recent years. Pat's love for the sport & helping the general population make lifelong changes is infectious & his message is very clear; "when it comes to getting people involved in whatever they can, wherever they can it comes back to longevity & consistency!" Both Pat & his partner Taz are huge influencers of this with their reach in the remote coaching communities through RPM & Atom, both of which are huge successes for the follow-along CrossFitters. Pat's passion and love for this industry is absolutely clear from the get-go & his incredible ventures have allowed him to create even more impact in the world of fitness & he continues to do so today by following along with his remote coaching programming and his old school dad jokes.
