EP172: Surviving Poverty and Victimhood with Carol

from The Heal Thrive Dream Podcast · host Karen Robinson

Carol Williams, the unstoppable force in soloist woman entrepreneurship. Since 2009, she's conquered career shifts, liberated herself from a toxic marriage, emerging as a leader in coaching. Carol empowers visionary women to unlock their potential. She's known for her holistic approach, playful spirit, and uncanny ability to inspire transformation. For her whole life, Carol has been a person who has had only a few, close friends. She goes deep with her coaching as she has always gone deep with her friendships. Carol values self-leadership, grit, and self-reliance.She has worked for pay since age 15 and never looked back. Financial freedom is freedom itself, and above all, Carol is a free spirit. She believes we are all capable and if set free, we can do what we are on this earth to do this time around.Love has been an interesting challenge for Carol. The daughter of an empath, she lacked boundaries and wound up marrying an abusive man. Armed with a value system that denied divorce, she tried everything but when the abuse hit her oldest son, she regrettably took action and exited the marriage.Through much work, Carol has emerged from poverty and victimhood, and has created a thriving coaching business. This enabled her to purchase her home and provide for her children. She no longer believes the lies her former spouse tells her, and helps empower "all over the place" women executive coaches to own their rightful place 'at the table'. These women now shine their own light in the world and the ripple effect expands daily.Through much work, Carol has emerged from poverty and victimhood, and has created a thriving coaching business.
