These days as a Firey, Allan's life is pretty amazing… but it wasn’t always the case. It took years of suffering in silence, battling depression, anxiety, emotional eating, self-sabotage, alcohol abuse and a heavily strained home and family life ending in divorce before Allan became a health and wellness coach, turned his life around and now balances his own career with guiding others in the field.  As you can imagine, I’m a fangirl… so enjoy!
