from Spent the Rent Podcast Hosted by Patty Rose
Brenden Lynch, aka Cerebral Coretext, joins the podcast to discuss his career in the Eugene, Oregon hip hop community, his newfound love of photography, and the joy of fatherhood. Lynch is originally from San Jose, California but relocated to Oregon as a teenager where he bumped elbows with local artists and some of the hardest working emcees in the area. Coming together to form the Architex, a group of hip hop aficionados who continued a long legacy of DIY producers and performers in the Eugene hip hop scene. Currently he is working with his good friend Will Brack in the musical duo, the Creative Types. He is also working on a collaborative album with local beatmaker James Cachero aka Tzarkazm. Lynch is a graduate from the University of Oregon where he studied journalism, and public relations. He recently started a side business, Spin Psycle Studio, utilizing his music production and photography experience. For Lynch his hustle is never ending and with a second child on the way, sleep will most likely come much later in life, or never. facebook.com/cerebralcoretext/ cerebralcoretext.bandcamp.com/ Ending track “Skeptical Daydream” By Cerebral Coretext Featuring Samantha Shoffner Available on Spotify, Apple Music, and to download @ cerebralcoretext.bandcamp.com/track/skeptical-daydream-ft-samantha-shoffner hosted by Patrick Stutz aka SelfEsteem BoatWillie Sponsored by Oregon Cash Flow Pro, LLC Oregoncashflowpro.com Stream this and all previous podcast episodes @ strpod.com
