EP181 It Was Orange, Hairy and Upright: Daylight Yowie Sighting in Weipa FNQ 2021

Our guest today joins us from Weipa in Far North Queensland, right on the tip of Cape York—about as far north as you can get on the mainland. In August 2021, while hunting on the edge of a swamp, Tim spotted an orange, hairy, bipedal being with a conical-shaped head. He got a clear look in daylight (a rare occurrence with yowie sightings) and what he saw has stayed with him. After the sighting, Tim spoke with local Original Australian elders, who shared their knowledge of the hairy man.
