A former professional athlete and physique bodybuilder, she’s no stranger to dragging herself through workouts, forcing herself to follow “the plan” regardless of how she feels, and counting every single calorie, step and rep. This way of being resulted in her in the hospital at the age of 30 and diagnosed with: hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, stress-induced menopause, stress-induced diabetes, and rapidly gaining weight. She was one of the fittest athletes in the world, and at the same time- one of the sickest. Doctors told her she needed to find a way to not stress if she wanted to gain her health and wellbeing back. The traditional stress-management approach of walk more, meditate, and take naps failed to create any change, and didn’t serve her body goals either. It wasn’t until she started to do the internal work on herself did she start to see the changes she was looking for. For the last 6 years, she’s dedicated herself to mastering her body and mind. She’s trained with some of the world’s best psychologists, neurologists, female fat loss physicians, and even Shaolin monks! She’s spent the last 15 years helping thousands of women bring an end to their obsessive dieting mindset, compulsive eating behaviors, and neurotic exercise habits by addressing the deep psychological relationship with food and fitness. Unlike most fitness professionals, she understands that perpetual dieting and forced exercise is a personal issue that goes FAR beyond food, weight, and body goals. Natalie’s coaching takes an untraditional approach to regaining control with food, rediscovering a love for movement and retraining the way we think about weight loss. Natalie’s coaching is for those women who are done with being entertained by traditional diet strategies and is serious about making a REAL change - from the inside out. They don’t just want another short term fix- they want to MASTER their relationship with food and exercise.
