EP189c_Triggers, The Shadow, Removing the Woo, Playing Catch-Up Fabien created the Reset Experience workshop and the Neuro Alignment system out of his own struggles. Finding himself constantly overwhelmed, disconnected and unable to manage his emotions he turned to substance abuse as a coping mechanism before deciding to make serious change and address the issues and trauma within his mind and body.
