Janette Manrara is a professional dancer and presenter best known as a Strictly Come Dancing superstar, dancing on the show for 9 years, and now taking on her new role as the presenter of It Takes Two. She was born in Miami into a fun filled and loving Cuban family and was born to perform! Janette has had an incredible career taking part in the US hit show So You Think You Can Dance, Glee, Dancing with the Stars in Las Vegas and the international show Burn the Floor. She is married to fellow Strictly star Aljaz and they have been together for 10 years!In this episode Janette chats about her three Sliding Doors moments as she is about to embark on a new career journey. We chat all about her time on Strictly and how the show has changed her life! She discusses how putting what you want into the universe and being ready for opportunities can ultimately drive you to your dream - and Janette is a true example of that. We delve into her big decision to leave her job in finance and move to LA to pursue her dream, which turned out to be the catalyst to her whole career. Janette has such gratitude and passion for everything in her life and even when times were hard, she had faith to believe her path would lead her to where she needed to be.
