EP2: Go F@*% Yourself !

When you read the title “ Go F yourself “ What did come to your mind? Can you remember the last time you had to use it?  I vividly remember mine,  So grab a drink, find yourself a cozy corner - We got to speak about this !! I made myself a promise not to swear in the podcast, but I broke it in the second episode!!  But I have a feeling that when you listen to this episode you will be repeating the title multiple times in the day :) Btw Thank you for the immense support on the first episode - I am glad it struck a chord with many of you And just like the first episode I have made several confessions in this one, but I think the biggest confession that I have to make myself is still to come. Many of us struggle with self-criticism and negative self-talk. how have you learned to quite that inner critic and cultivate a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself? We often find it easier to shower love upon others, forgetting that we deserve the same love from ourselves. Let's explore the roots of this self-relationship and how we can nourish it.
