Most of us have been at war with our bodies for years. And while the body positivity movement invites us to love our bodies as they are, that can feel like such a big leap, especially in midlife, when everything is changing in ways nobody fully warned us about.In this episode, on this new moon day, I'm asking the question, "what if, instead of going straight to love, we started with friendship?" Befriending your body isn't about pretending to love what you see in the mirror. It's about getting curious, showing up, and choosing not to abandon yourself, one step at a time.This conversation started inside my group coaching programme, Becoming You, where we've been exploring embodiment and what it means to be present in our bodies.
