STOP (Hammer Time!): Don't sleepwalk through the rest of 2017... This is your mid-year progress check. That's right... we've already made it to the middle of 2017 and if you don't stop for a breather you're in danger of speeding towards the end of the year without pausing to reflect on what's happened over the past six months and what your priorities are for the months ahead. Without this pause, you may be putting your energy and time into something which is no longer truly significant for you. So what should you be asking yourself at this point? What are the key steps to take to ensure you're moving forward with both dynamism and ease? Listen to this podcast for some pointers... and get ready to feel amazing about your decision to spend some time making sure you're on track and being kind to yourself in the process.
