What I would like to share in this Podcast is a different perspective on the Ego, what it is, why do we have it, and how does it work in the modern-day world. 

Because as Leaders, we need to understand the Ego and how it filters reality and impacts behaviours, attitudes and performances, both in our team and in ourselves. 

I will share with you 6 needs of the Ego and how we can recognise them.
