In addition, he has taken charge of 40 units in Las Cruces, New Mexico, since July 2022. Caleb also holds fractional partnership interests in multifamily and retail properties, including 176 units in Casa Grande, Arizona, since October 2021, and a 12,000-square-foot retail space in the same location since December 2021. In 2022, he founded Red Sea Capital and, in the preceding year, joined NK Development Group, where his expertise in capital and acquisitions helped the company grow to over 450 units in just two years.
