Today, we are featuring OG member of RPE, Sarah Barto!  Sarah is the glue of the 7:15 a.m. class and an original member of Crossfit Deerfield.  When we were wanting to feature our first guest member on the podcast, everyone said we have to talk to Sarah!  This says a lot about who she is and it's one of the many reasons Sarah is our first RPE Member Spotlight on the podcast.  We chat about Sarah's background, getting over the fear of joining a Crossfit gym, and much more!
