I fired Verity Foss in 2014 from my business Timothy James. Since then, Verity Co-Founded Oowee, a vegan fast-food chain which she has grown to 8 sites, 2 delivery kitchens, 6 bricks and mortar restaurants in Manchester, Brighton, London and Bristol with over 130 staff with revenues in excess of £8m per year.  But Verity is so much more than a business owner, she's an incredible business leader. Her goals are centralised around her employees - something that is unheard of in the foodservice industry. And that is why I wanted to speak to her today.
